Studio Rental

The 3JV studio offers 860 square feet of newly renovated space for hourly rentals to the greater yoga, contemplative, creative and wellness community.

Hours available for rent are primarily during the daytime on weekdays, Friday evenings and weekend afternoons/evenings when there are no 3JV classes scheduled.

2011 Rates

$15/hour for personal trainers, yoga and fitness teachers, and others with private clients.
30% of net income for group workshops and events, or $25.00/h, whichever amount is greater.
